Sehr enttäuscht von diesem Unternehmen. Nach nur wenigen Wochen funktionierte das Aufladen nicht mehr und das Touchpad reagierte kaum noch. Anfangs gab es eine Rückmeldung – sie forderten sogar ein Video zum Ladeproblem – doch danach brach der Kontakt komplett ab. Trotz ihrer groß beworbenen 12-monatigen Garantie habe ich keine Möglichkeit, diese in Anspruch zu nehmen. Auf meine letzten fünf E-Mails gab es keinerlei Antwort. After just a few weeks of use, the device stopped charging and the touchpad started malfunctioning. Initially, they responded and even requested a video showing the charging issue, but after that, all communication ceased. Despite their prominent claims of a 12-month warranty, I’ve been completely ignored – no replies to any of my last five emails. This feels like very unprofessional and misleading customer service.
